10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is offered on an 'as is' basis, with no warranties provided. We cannot ensure complete uptime or the constant availability of all channels. HoxyTV will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from using or being unable to use the Service.

11. Termination

We maintain the authority to end or pause your account at any moment, without prior notification, if your behavior breaches these Terms & Conditions or is detrimental to our Service or other users.
